I'm sure the actual item is great. The problem here is with Musicians Friend not supplying the item Amazon is selling. Amazon canceled my order and said it was unavailable even though it still shows available on the site right now(days later after cancellation). Amazon should mark items as unavailable when they are clearly or temporarily not able to obtain the items from the suppliers. Maybe it's a guessing game for Amazon with their suppliers? Musicians Friend and Amazon are both great companies in my opinion, but I believe a couple of changes could be made to insure supply, demand, and timely customer notification. I would have ordered different hangers again from Amazon weeks ago if I had known! The 5 stars on this one goes purely to Coffin Case and their product, I refuse to give a bad rating to a manufacturers product just because sellers and suppliers can't seem to get it together.
