That's how sweet these things are! I bought more after getting the first two in the mail and seeing them in person, so I can hang my whole collection of about 8 guitars (that I am willing to admit) on the wall, spaced nicely, and of course, color coordinated (Okay, I got OCD, so shoot me, or hang me from a String Swing - better yet). These babies are strong, high quality, and look beautiful with the wood grain. They look BETTER than the pictures, which to the shopper, MAY look like they could be a little rinky-dink when it comes to hanging something heavier like my Fender Telecaster. Heck, you could hang a double-base 5-piece Ludwig drumset from these and I think the house would fall down first. For someone like me who wants people to walk in and be awestruck by my stringed gallery, this is a must. It's perfect for the living room, studio, bedroom, attic, bathroom, or wherever else your wife throws you out to go worshiping the world of wood, metal strings, pickups, etc. I would hang my Marshall stack on it, but it would just make the stack look lame. Can you tell I'm glad I bought these for about .99 or so a piece??? Amazon, stop it already, you are killing me with this stuff and my credit card is melting! My girlfiend rolled over the other night and something stuck in her back. It was a String Swing, I was sleeping with it, and she rolled her eyes, then grabbed it for her side of the bed. Now I am trying to figure how I am going to get my baby back... and my girlfriend too! :o)

Well-made. Steel with matte chrome finish. Platform is 9-7/8 x 3-3/4" Height adjustable from 4-1/4 to 9-1/8 " at center. Platform angle varies from about 5 degrees at lowest setting to 15 at highest. Folded flat, it measures 12-3/4 x 5-3/4 x 11/16" A little wobbly on carpet or at highest setting. Made in Germany.
